- Do you handle place of supply for me?
- Yes. The engine reads the ship-to country, the buyer type, and the order value, then commits to exactly one treatment — UK domestic, EU OSS, IOSS, or B2B reverse charge — and shows its working on the invoice. You never pick the scheme by hand.
- Is OSS filing included, or just the calculation?
- On Growth and Scale we generate your EU One Stop Shop quarterly return — a single filing covering all 27 member states — from the orders already classified on the platform. Starter calculates and invoices OSS correctly but does not file the quarterly return.
- Are carrier shipping costs part of the price?
- No. You bring your own carrier accounts (Shiprocket, DHL, UPS, Royal Mail, FedEx) and pay them directly for labels and collection. VATFlow orchestrates labels, AWBs, and manifests and surfaces tracking on your page — the postage is between you and the carrier.
- What does the transaction rate apply to?
- The percentage is charged on the net order value processed through your storefront, on top of the monthly fee. It steps down as you move up a tier. Scale rates are negotiated.
- How does the free trial work?
- Every plan starts with a 30-day trial — no card, no carrier credentials required. The mock checkout and fixture data let you watch a real order classify itself end to end before you commit.
- Can I move up a tier later?
- Yes. Tiers are upgrade-in-place; your catalogue, orders, audit log, and VAT registrations carry over untouched. Switch from Growth to Scale without re-onboarding.
